Leona H. (Macke) Lierz Conradt Kramer, 97, of Lincoln, passed October 23, 2014.

Born September 20, 1917 to Frank and Katie (Enneking) Macke at Baileyville, KS

In 1940 she married Joe Lierz in St. Benedict, KS. They farmed until moving to Steinauer NE in 1960.

After leaving the farm, she filled her time with church and community activities while especially  enjoyed quilting, cake decorating, fishing and playing cards.

Leona married Joe Lierz,  to this union were born 2 boys and 2 girls. Joe died December 18, 1971.

Leona married Chuck Conradt November 24, 1975. They enjoyed two and one-half years before Chuck’s death May 24, 1978. On April 9, 1988, Leona married Art Kramer and moved to Seneca KS.

After his death February 29, 2006, she moved to Lincoln, NE to be near her family, where she lived out her years.

She is survived by sons, Frank (JoAnn) Lierz and Gary (Margaret) Lierz of Lincoln, NE;  daughters, Judy (Raul) Delgado of Silver City NM and MaryLee (Larry) Jurgens of Lincoln, NE.; brother Don (Alice) Macke

of Seneca, KS. 12 grandchildren, 20 great grand children and 1 great great grandson. Preceded in death by two sisters and a brother, and one great grandson.

Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m., on Monday, October 27, 2014 at St.Anthony’s Catholic Church, Steinauer, Nebraska.  Officiating The Reverend Father Scott M. Courtney.  Rosary at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, October 27, 2014, at St, Anthony’s Catholic Church, Steinauer, Nebraska.  Visitation on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska, from noon-8 p.m.  Interment at St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery, Steinauer, Nebraska.  Memorials to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church or donor’s choice.
