Thomas Howard Potts, 74, of Effingham, KS died Sat. Sept. 2, 2017 at the Mosaic Life Center, St. Joseph, MO.

Visitation for Mr. Potts will be Monday, Sept. 4th, 2017 beginning at 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Becker Chapel, Effingham, KS.   Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Friday, Sept. 8th at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester, TN.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Garner Cemetery, Decherd, TN.  The family will receive friends from noon until time of services on Friday, at the funeral home in Winchester, TN.   Memorial contributions are suggested to the Meals on Wheels from the Effingham Senior Citizens Center, and may be sent in care of the Becker Dyer Stanton Funeral Home.  Condolences to the family may be left online at www.beckerdyer.com

Survivors include two sisters, Myra Rigney, Shelbyville, TN, and Sandra Davis, Hillsboro, TN and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.  His parents, wife Anne, and two brothers, Grady D. Potts and James F. Potts preceded him in death
