Shirley A. Spitser, 88 of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the Premier Estates in Pawnee City, Nebraska.  She was born on March 6, 1929 in Pierce, Nebraska to Willard and Helen (Voecks) Watson.

Shirley is survived by her children, Susan Spitser of Beatrice, NE, Bruce and wife Betsy Spitser of Pawnee City, NE, Mary Depart and husband Kent of League City, TX, grandchildren, Tyler Spitser and Mackenzie Spitser.

Memorial service 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the United Methodist Church, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Officiating Pastor Sherry Sklenar.  Visitation on Monday, January 1, 2018 form 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends from 6-8 p.m. at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska.
