Clarence E. Wullschleger, 89, of Axtell, Kan., died March 3, 2018 at Seneca, Kan.

Visitation is Thursday, March 8 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Axtell-Landreth Funeral Home in Axtell.  The family will receive friends from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 9 at the Salem Lutheran Church near Axtell.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Clarence was born October 23, 1928 at Winifred, Kan., to Emil and Bessie (Flin) Wullschleger.  

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; daughters, Sheryl (Melvin) Ahlquist, Bern, Kan., Sharlene Douglas, Oconomowoc, WI, Julie Ingram, Dallas, Tex., and Barbara (Tom) Rodgers, Ozawkie, Kan.; siblings, Norma Blakley, Manhattan, Kan., and Howard (Tonnie) Wullschleger, Emporia, Kan.; eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.  Contributions may be sent in care of the Axtell-Landreth Funeral Home.
