Stephanie Jean Stotts, 63, of Mayetta, KS passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 at her home in Mayetta after a courageous battle with cancer.. She was born August 15, 1954 in Holton the daughter of Joseph L. and Ella Grace (Clements) Stotts.

Stephanie graduated from Madisonville Highs School in 1972 in Madisonville, KY. After high school she earned her Certified X-Ray Technician degree. She worked in Kentucky as an X-Ray Tech for many years. Stephanie moved back to Kansas and worked for Prairie Band Casino and Resort as a waitress for 10 years, retiring in 2016. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Holton.

Survivors include a sister, Carolyn Jo Buglewicz-Weir (Steve) of Phoenix, AZ; 3 brothers, Dari K. Stotts (Joann) of Mayetta, KS, Stanley D. Stotts (Janice) of Topeka, KS and Stephen D. Stotts of Holton, KS and many nieces and nephews.

 Private family inurnment will be at a later date. Register book will be available at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton.
