Gladys " Althea" Fraiser

Gladys “Althea” Frasier, 87, of Holton, KS, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Medicalodge Jackson County. She was born March 19, 1931 in Crawford, NE, the daughter of Henry and Ada Emiline (McGriff) Banker.

Althea graduated from high school in Nebraska and graduated from dental college in Denver, CO. She was a Dental Technician for Dr. Pepper in Rawlings, WY, for over 15 years.

 Althea was a member of Ladies Auxiliary V.F.W. and Rebecca’s at the First United Methodist Church both in Rawlings, WY.

 She married Merel Bobby Frasier on April 17, 1960, in Carbon County, WY. He preceded her in death on February 18, 2001; after 40 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Lee Crabtree on February 14, 2007; a granddaughter, Pam Strimple and 3 brothers, Gerald, Bill and Wayne Banker.

 Survivors include a daughter, Kathleen M. Myers (Charles) of Rice, TX; 9 grandchildren, Wesley Strimple, Karen Huff, Robert Eugene Strimple, Ronald Myers, Anita Benze, Cindy Sutherland, Darlene McCollough, Denise Madsen and Tom Crabtree and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
