Alma "Jean" Tinsley
Willow Springs, MO

Alma "Jean" Tinsley of Willow Springs passed away May 21, 2018 at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plain due to natural causes. Born August 30, 1939 to Kenneth Farrell and Jessie Mae (Hollis) Conger in Holton, Kansas, she was 78 years old.

Jean grew up and attended grade school in Muscotah, KS and graduated from Atchison County Community High School Class of 1957. She was married to Gerald E. "Jake" Tinsley on August 19, 1961 in Muscotah, KS and to this union one son was born. The family moved to Melbourne, FL in 1964. They retired to Willow Springs,Missouri in 1991. 
Jean is preceded in death by her parents; her brother Richard, an infant sister, Ida Mae, and her sister Marilyn Kenward; a sister-in-law, Joann Wohlgemuth, and an infant great-granddaughter, Abrielle.

She is survived by her husband, Jake; her son, Kenny and his wife, Pam of West Plains; a granddaughter, LeeAnn Tinsley, Melbourne, FL; step grandson, Robert Pancavage, Melbourne, FL; nieces Alison Ostertag (Corey); Marylin Hartel-Groves; Janice Calfas (Steve); and Susan Rohr (Dennis); a brother-in-law, Ike Wohlgemuth and numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Grave side service for Alma "Jean" Tinsley will be held at the Muscotah Cemetery at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 15, 2018. A Memorial Service for Alma "Jean" Tinsley was held on June 2nd at the Willow Funeral Home in Willow Springs, Missouri.
