Oma Grace Soden, 91, of Hiawatha, Kansas, formerly of Robinson, Kansas, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Maple Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hiawatha, Kansas.

She was born on July 11, 1927 in Robinson, Kansas the daughter of George Henry Soden Sr. and Lola Grace Bland.

Oma worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for Blair Mills and worked out of her home, for several other business's before retiring. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Willis, Kansas and enjoyed sewing.

Survivors include a brother, George "Sonny" (Ramona) Soden of Hiawatha, Kansas; a special nephew, Lyle Cress of Hiawatha, Kansas and many other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and their husbands, Virginia (Lloyd) Schaefer, Elva (Bud) Cress and Barbara (Bernard) Linck.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas where the family will greet friends from 1:30 until service time at the mortuary. Burial will follow at the Rosehill Cemetery, Robinson, Kansas.
