He and Christina Thomas were married in Riverside, CA, then later divorced.

Mike is leaving behind, his mother, Cornelia Donahue of Hiawatha, KS; his only son, Michael Jim, Jr. of Lawrence, KS; 2 sisters, Cecily Wabaunsee of Mayetta, KS and Mary Tiscareno of Topeka, KS; 5 brothers, Paulino “Sonny” Jim, Jr. of Arizona, William “Bill” Jim of Mayetta, KS, Tom Jim of Mayetta, KS, Philip Jim of Mayetta, KS and Ron Jim of Kansas City, MO. He is also leaving behind nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and many friends, cousins and those who were lucky enough to have met him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paulino Jim, Sr.

Dinner and Wake Service will be Thursday evening, November 29, 2018 at Nozhackum Hall, 8362 158th Rd., Mayetta, KS.  Private family burial will be at a later date in Danceground Cemetery.
