Linda Faye ( Madere) Alexander, 62, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 while visiting her daughter in Ada, Oklahoma.

She was born on September 15, 1956 in New Orleans, Louisiana the daughter of David John and Cora Elizabeth Puckett Madere. Linda worked as the assistant manager for the Sabetha Pizza Hut for many years. She also was a phone receptionist for Valley Vet Supply in Sabetha. She attended the First Christian Church in Horton, Kansas. Linda married Michael Primeaux, they later were divorced. She then married Wallace "Wally" Alexander, he preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Stacey (Jeremy) Grimm of Sabetha, Kansas and Kristy (Arkon) Miller of Ada, Oklahoma; a son, Brandon Primeaux of Sabetha, Kansas; brother, Roger (Marcia) Madere of Horton, Kansas and three grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, D.J. Madere, Charlie Madere and Bobby Madere, two sisters, Valerie Greene and Carole Coots, niece and nephew, Elizabeth Smith and Ronnie Meyers.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Horton City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church and may be sent in care of the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas.
