Nancy Marie (Terry) Tilton, 59, of Highland, passed away peacefully at home on September 29th, 2019. 

Nancy, or for many who called her George was born on March 1st. 1960 to the late James and Laura Terry. 

Nancy grew up in Onaga, Kansas. Graduating from the Brown Mackie School of Fashion in 1980. Nancy then married Kenneth Tilton July 1st 1989 and moved to Highland, KS, where she devoted her life to her church and family. She loved participating in community events (such as The Girl Scouts, The Lions Club, and Pollyanna).

Some of her favorite hobbies included crafting, crocheting, and decorating. Above all, she loved to make people smile and laugh, being a source of cheer to those who knew and loved her.

Nancy was a long time member of the United Methodist Presbyterian Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Tilton, Sister Ginger Flower, and Brother Robert Terry. 

She is survived by her loving daughter Ashley Tilton (St Joseph), sisters Robin Jones (Highland), Kelly Nitz (Tonganoxie), and brother Keith Terry (Highland).

Memorial services will be held at the United Methodist Presbyterian Church in Highland on October 4th, 2019 at 2PM.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
