What is Candy Cane Cash?
Candy Cane Cash is a chance for you to win $500 cash!  Enter at our designated sign-up locations and with our virtual hot spots!

Five names will be drawn from each sign-up location. If your name is drawn, you automatically become a finalist! Information on our virtual hot spots can be found by scrolling to (7) on the official rules listed below. 

All names not drawn will go still qualify for our second chance drawings to be held in December. 

One of our lucky finalist's names will be drawn on December 18th and will win the $500 cash!  

OFFICIAL RULES:
1. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this giveaway.

2. Contestants may register once at each official sign-up, holiday hot spot, or virtual hot spot.

3. Official sign-ups, holiday hot spots, and virtual hot spots will be announced on KAIR 93.7 F.M. and listed on our station web sites, www.kairfm.com and www.mscnews.net.   

4.  At the end of each sign-up, five eligible entries will be drawn. Those contestants whose names are drawn will become finalists for the grand prize.

5. All non-winning entries from our sign-ups will automatically be entered into second-chance drawings that will take place in December on the morning show. 

6. In addition to sign-ups, there will also be “hot spots”. At hot spots, our sign-up box will be left at the designated business for people to register during that day’s business hours. The next day, five names will be drawn and each person will become a finalist for the grand prize ($500). No prize will be awarded from the business hosting a hot spot.

7. The "virtual hot spots" will feature a "business of the day" that will be promoted throughout the day and interviewed on air. For these virtual hot spots, we will open the phone lines 4 times throughout the day for 10 minutes. Everyone who calls in during those times will go into the box for a chance to be a finalist. Five names will be drawn the next morning and those listeners will become finalists. All other names will go into the second chance drawing. 

8. Grand prize will be $500 cash from KAIR 93.7 F.M.

9. Grand prize drawing will happen on December 18th, 2020, during the 7 a.m. hour.

10. Employees and immediate family members of KNZA Inc. are not eligible to participate in this giveaway promotion.

11. Business owners and their respective employees are not allowed to register if the qualifying opportunity is being held at the business they own or are employed with. However, they may sign up at qualifying opportunities that are held at businesses they don’t own/aren’t employed with.

12. KNZA Inc. reserves the right to change or modify these rules. Any such change will be announced on KAIR and posted to www.kairfm.com and www.mscnews.net.

13. As a condition of entry, all participants release KNZA Inc., its sponsors, and advertisers from any and all liability arising out of participation in the giveaway and acceptance of prize.

14. All participants as a condition of entry release their name, voice, and likeness and or picture to KNZA Inc. and its affiliates for promotional purposes and shall do so without further compensation.

15 By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Decisions regarding any aspect of the giveaway by KNZA Inc. are final. Noncompliance will result in disqualification.
