Cleo Nathan Coffman, 88, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Hiawatha Community Hospital.

He was born on July 11, 1933 in Horton, Kansas the son of Thomas and Alice Thompson Coffman. After high school Cleo was drafted into the U.S. Army, he served during the Korean Conflict. Cleo worked for the City of Horton in the water department until he retired. He enjoyed, fishing, hunting, gardening and traveling in this later years. He married Nancy Wilhelm on April 27, 1957 in Horton, Kansas. She preceded him in death in 1994. He then married Lorna Gullickson LaCroix in 1995 at the Horton Baptist Church.  She also preceded him in death in 2016.

Survivors include two daughters, Pam Watkins of Horton, Kansas and Alice Trundle of Horton, Kansas; two sons, Thomas Coffman of Cummings, Kansas and Nathan Coffman of Horton, Kansas; two sisters, Joyce Olberding of Seneca, Kansas and Jean Thornton of Wamego, Kansas; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Mary Coffman, Alberta Grauer and Della Hartley and two brothers, Johnie Coffman and Cecil Coffman.

Graveside services and burial will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Horton City Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas.
