1: Atchison Hospital Auxiliary Golf Tourn.
The four-person scramble gold tournament will be on Friday, May 11th, beginning with player registration at noon and a shotgun tee start at 1 p.m. at the Bellevue Country Club in Atchison. For registration information, contact Kathy Butler at 913-367-4023. Proceeds from the tournament go toward purchasing equipment for the Atchison Hospital and providing scholarships for area students interested in pursuing a career in a medical field.
2: Valley Falls garage sales
The Valley Falls City-wide garage sales will be held on Friday, May 11th and Saturday, May 12th from 7:00AM till 3:00PM all around town. Maps of the locations of garage sales will be available from local businesses. That’s the Valley Falls City garage sales on Friday and Saturday May 11th and 12th.
3: Richardson County 4-H & Extension
Richardson County 4-H & Extension Foundation Drawing – Donate anytime until May 11th at 4:30 p.m. Help get the foundation started by making a tax deductible donation (any whole dollar amount) at the Richardson County Extension Office. You will be entered to win 1 of 7 beef gift certificates (2 - $75, 2 - $50, 3 - $25).
