Missouri Man Booked on Felony Drug Charges

 An 18 year old Blue Springs, Missouri man is out on bond after being arrested on a warrant Thursday for felony drug charges.

 Atchison Police Lieutenant Tim Stout explains the arrest of Kenneth Gulley III.

 Since its Gulley’s second arrest on the count, the marijuana possession charge becomes a felony.

 He has posted a 25 hundred dollar bond and will make his next appearance in court on April 13th.
