A concession stand food safety workshop will be held at the Troy Fairgrounds 4-H building on Tuesday, April 24th at 1:00PM. The class will be taught by Kansas Department of AG Lori Hammond. Register at the Doniphan County Extension office by April 20th or call 985-3623. All organizations that run concession/food/bake stands are encouraged to attend at no charge.
