04/26/2012

Fresh off their sweep of then ranked #7 Labette Community College where the Scotties clinched a share of the Jayhawk East title, the Highland softball team has jumped to #8 in the latest NJCAA DII poll.  When the poll was due, the Scotties were on a twenty-one game win streak, including seventeen straight in the Jayhawk Conference.  Highland will play host to Coffeyville on Saturday at Scottie Park at 12:00 and 2:00 for the first round of the NJCAA Region VI playoffs.
