A single-vehicle accident in Leavenworth County Thursday night sent a Holton woman to the hospital.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 52-year-old Denise Cornelius was traveling east on Eisenhower Road and missed a stop sign at Tonganoxie Drive. Her Honda Accord rolled into a ditch on Eisenhower Road shortly before 9:30 p.m.
Cornelius was transported to the K-U Medical Center in Kansas City.
The Patrol says she was wearing a seat belt.
