A 54-year-old Atchison man opts for a preliminary hearing today (Wednesday) in Atchison County Court on multiple drug charges.

Larry Daniels will have his prelim on May 22nd on a felony charge of possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniels was arrested by Atchison Police on February 11th following a traffic stop where an officer allegedly found a crack pipe with a substance believed to be cocaine inside it.

He is currently free on 10 thousand dollars bond.
