WildHeart, an Emmy Award-winning musical duo, will appear at the State Theater in Mound City at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 10.
Jan and George Syrigos are singers and conservationists who perform their unique programs throughout Missouri, capturing audiences with musical adventures exploring wildlife, habitats and natural history.
With vocals, acoustic guitar and piano arrangements, the program, “WildSongs,” promises to be “an unforgettable evening of original folk, jazz and swing music centered on the beauty and balance of nature.”
All area residents are invited. Admission is free.
WildHeart’s visit to Mound City is sponsored by Nauman Construction and Cabinet Shop, the State Theater Arts Council and the Missouri Arts Council. WildHeart is on the Missouri Arts Council’s roster of Touring Performers.
All programs are free as a thank you to the community from the State Theater Arts Council for the support given to the theater this season which ends in June.
