CLEANR the Coalition for Landowner, The Envirnoment and Natural Resources will hold a meeting about "Landowner Rights Against Clean Line Energy" on Wednesday, November 13th at 6:30 at the Nemaha County Community Building, located at 1500 Community Drive in Seneca.
John Hamilton, an Eminent Domain Attorney will be present to talk about the rights of property owners have against Eminent Domain and Clean Line Energy's proposed power of Eminent Domain along the proposed route through Kansas. Some of the questions he will answer are: Does the State have the right to condem my property?, Do I have to take the amount Clean Line offers me?
