(KMZA)--A 19-year-old Seneca man is behind bars, accused of a sex crime involving a 14-year-old girl.
Seneca Police Chief Brent Schulte says David Kaup has been arrested on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
He was apprehended after an investigation launched earlier this week led police to him.
The crime is alleged to have happened, in Seneca, on April 4th.
Kaup remains held in the Nemaha County Jail.
Schulte says the girl and Kaup were acquaintances at the time of the alleged crime.
