(KNZA)--City of Holton electric customers can expect to be without power for a short time early Thursday morning.
According to city officials, the outage, planned for one hour beginning Thursday morning at 5:00, is necessary in order for sub-station maintenance to be performed.
The outage will affect all residential customers west of Highway 75.
The work was planned for the early morning in order to lesson the impact on the affected customers.
