(KNZA)--The Brown County Commission has voted to terminate a relief driver for the senior taxi service in Horton.
The commission voted on Monday to terminate part-time employee Jim Schuetz. The action followed an executive session with Lori Gray with Services for the Elderly. No reason was given for the termination.
In other business, Commissioner Warren Ploeger reported he was contacted by Powhattan Mayor Vicki Schuetz about a dangerous hole on Main Street in Powhattan in front of the United Methodist Church. Ploeger said the street has been barricaded and District #3 Road Foreman Todd Gruber has been contacted about the street.
