(KLZA)-- Nicole Harkendorff of Falls City appeared in Richardson County District Court for arraignment Tuesday on a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
The 35-year-old Harkendorff entered a plea of "not guilty" and a jury trial is scheduled for November 12th.
Harkendorff is alleged to have taken control of jewelry valued at more than $1,500 owned by Pamela Harkendorff of Falls City in April of this year.
