(KLZA)-- 19-year old Levi J. Campbell of Verdon was sentenced to 18-months probation in Richardson County District Court Tuesday on misdemeanor charges of attempted possession of a controlled substance and attempted possession of money used in the manufacture, distribution of a controlled substance.
As part of the probation Campbell must pay fees and costs totaling $743.50 and serve six, 30-day jail sentences unless waived upon recommendation of his probation officer.
Originally Campbell was charged with felony counts in the case.
