(KAIR)--A 15-year-old Atchison County boy is facing charges of indecent liberties with a child.
Sheriff Jack Laurie says the alleged crime is believed to have occurred between August and October of last year, in southwest Atchison County, when the boy was 14-years-old. The victim is identified only as a 7-year-old boy.
The arrest was made Friday and the teen was transported to Juvenile Detention.
