Peru State Homecoming Court Announced

(KLZA)-- Candidates, who were selected by the student body, will be featured in the annual homecoming parade, which begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, in downtown Peru.

Coronation of the king and queen will take place at halftime of the Peru State vs. Baker University football game, which begins at 2 p.m. at the new Oak Bowl. 

Homecoming Court members include: 

Queen Candidates (Senior Women):

Abigail Bohling – Byron – Graphic Design

Cassie Eilers – Firth – Early Childhood Education

Chloe Langford – Bellevue – Early Childhood Education-Unified and K-12 Special Education

Carrie Lierz – Holton, Kansas – Biochemical Science

Lexi Neemann - Beatrice - Psychology


King Candidates (Senior Men):

Ryan Bauman – Falls City – Fine Arts

TJ Beckert – North East, Maryland – Middle Grades Education

Kellan Garber – Fairbury - Music Education and Coaching

Bo Shepard – Cedar Creek – Business Management

Alex Wessels – Weeping Water - Business Administration Marketing and Management, Human Performance Systems Management, and Computer Management Information Systems
