Brian Wallace
(KAIR)--A Winchester man was taken into custody early Thursday morning after an alleged theft at an Atchison business.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says an officer observed 48-year-old Brian Wallace outside of Orscheln's loading wooden pallets from the business into a vehicle.
Wallace was charged with two counts of felony theft. Wilson says the second theft charge stems from an investigation into a theft Wallace allegedly took part in on April 11th in which the tires and wheels were taken from a vehicle parked in a lot in the downtown area.
Wallace remains in the Atchison County Jail.
