(KNZA)--A Sabetha man accused of violating terms of his probation is now also facing several drug related charges. .
Kickapoo Tribal Police Chief Michael Dougherty says tribal police officers responded to 1114 Golden Eagle Road early Wednesday morning for a report an of an individual being on the property who had violated probation.
Upon arrival, Dougherty says officers located a male subject who identified himself as Gregory Fisher. He says Fisher was taken into custody, and was found to be in possession of what’s believed to be methamphetamine.
Fisher was booked into the Brown County Jail on charges of probation violation, several drug-related felonies, and forgery. He was later released on bond.
The Kickapoo Tribal Police Department was assisted by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
