(KAIR)--A preliminary hearing has been set for an Atchison man accused of battery and theft in two separate cases.
24-year-old Devan Landry appeared in Atchison County District Court Friday morning, where a preliminary hearing was set for August 5th.
Landry was arrested on March 14th, after allegedly taking part in the assault of a woman in Atchison. He is facing charges of aggravated battery, criminal restraint, and criminal damage to property in that case.
In the second case, he is facing charges of criminal damage to property, burglary, and theft from a vehicle related to alleged thefts that took place in 2011.
