Kansas Highway Patrol
(KNZA)--A motorcycle crash on K-116 Highway in Atchison County Friday afternoon sent two to the hospital.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 34-year-old John Miner, of Phillipsburg, was eastbound when his Harley Davidson motorcycle left the highway, just west of Cheyenne Road.
Miner and a passenger, 31-year-old Holton resident Charissa Totten, were transported to Topeka’s Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center for treatment of injuries.
The Patrol says neither was wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
The wreck was reported at 4:20.
