(KAIR)--An Atchison Halloween tradition won't happen this season, with a tight schedule forcing the cancellation.
Steve Johnson, the Director of Marketing and Communications for Benedictine College, says the annual trick-or-treating at the dorms will not be held.
Johnson tells MSC News planning for what he calls the “popular event” has been difficult due to the weekend's Homecoming schedule.
He says the extensive planning needed for that will not allow the necessary time to prepare for trick or treat night, which would have happened on Monday's Halloween holiday.
