MDC offers Halloween fun Oct. 26 in St. Joseph
10/30/2018

Perhaps things that crawl or fly silently through the night are not creepy at all if you know a bit about them. The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) will offer a family Halloween event featuring critters like leeches, mosquitos, and ticks 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, at the Northwest Regional Office, 701 James McCarthy Drive, in St. Joseph.

Attendees are invited to come in costume as they learn about nature and ask MDC staff about nature. Kids can make an artful spider. Special presentations by MDC staff will begin at 6:30, 7 and 7:30 p.m.
