Jefferson County Commissioners modified a motion changing overtime rate for certain county departments.
Commissioners approved Monday in their regular weekly meeting to pay employees from the Road and Bridge, IT, or Auxiliary services 13 dollars for each occurrence outside of the employees’ regularly scheduled hours along with the pay for the hours they work.
The resolution will take place immediately and changes a previous motion made in February 2007.
