The elderly Frankfort man, who disappeared one week ago while en route to the Sac and Fox Casino, has been found dead.
77-year-old Francis H. Kramer was discovered late this morning in his car, which had apparently become stuck on Brown County's rural Bittersweet Road.
Brown County Sheriff John Merchant says local residents noticed the vehicle, and notified his office, around the same time a flight team from the Kansas Highway Patrol
had spotted Kramer's blue Chevy Lumina(Play Audio :28 seconds)
The discovery was made shortly before 11:00 this morning. Foul play is not suspected. The exact cause of death is not yet determined. Kramer became the subject of a search following his disappearance while traveling to the casino. The last time he was seen alive was around 10:00 Friday morning, February 3rd, as he set off on his destination.
