A 54 year old Atchison man is in custody on charges of felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson officers stopped a vehicle driven by Larry Daniels around 12:40 Saturday morning in the 400 block of U Street.
Upon a search, officers found allegedly found a pipe containing crack cocaine inside it upon Daniels.
He remains in Atchison County Jail on 10 thousand dollars bond and will make his next appearance in court on February 17th.
