ACCHS continued and added to their winninest season ever by taking a 9-4 lead after one quarter and holding on for a four-point win. The Lady Tigers were plagued by foul trouble, but led by 10 going into the fourth quarter and got a big lift from their bench. Megan Vanderweide came off the bench and scored a team high 13 including 7 of 10 free throws to help seal the deal. Fellow senior, Hannah Corpstein also stepped up with 7 points including two clutch free throws with 5.7 left to put Atchison County ahead by four. ACCHS improved to 21-1 while Marysville, despite 11 points from sophomore Abi Degenhardt, ended their season with an 11-11 mark, 9 of those defeats coming by 6 points or less.
Sabetha 54 - Horton 34
The Bluejays went on a 13-2 blitz to begin the game and lead 20-10 after one period thanks to a pair of zone-busting treys for both seniors Jacquie Frey and Meggie Hall. Sabetha was never threatened and Hall scored 16 and Frey 13 improving the Lady Jays to 18-4. Horton had 24 turnovers and ended their season with a 14-8 record.
