USDA Rural Development has announced $50,000 is being awarded to the Table Rock Historical Society and Museum Inc. to renovate and convert the historic Catholic Church in the community into a museum.
The Table Rock Historical Society will match the funds. Kim Vrtiska with the Historical Society provided details of the planned renovation. ( play audio :31 seconds )

USDA Rural Development Area Specialist Janice Stopak said this project is one the Historical Society has wanted to do for many years and that USDA is very excited to be part of the project.
Funding is being provided through the USDA Rural Development Facility and Economic Impact Initiative Grant programs. The Table Rock Historical Society and Museum, Inc. will match the funds.
