The recycling effort that began last year in Falls City will return beginning next month. The Recycling Center will accept items at the Sun Mart parking lot, from 9:00 a.m. till noon, on the first and third Saturdays of each month beginning April 7th.
Items that will be accepted include numbers one and two plastics; brown, green, and clear glass; magazines, newspaper, aluminum and steel cans, and cardboard.
Containers should be rinsed out and labels should be removed before they are recycled.
Many recyclable items can also be brought to the recycling center on South Stone Street.
