Two Sabetha teens charged in connection with a physical altercation last December that sent a Sabetha resident to the hospital have entered into a plea agreement.
Gunner Werner pleaded guilty Thursday in Nemaha County District Court to felony counts of aggravated battery and aggravated intimidation of a witness. In exchange, charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary were dismissed.
Dalton Fletcher pleaded no contest to a charge of aggravated burglary. In exchange, charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated battery and misdemeanor theft were dismissed.
Fletcher and Werner are to be sentenced April 26th.
The pair were charged with entering the home of Ryan Lemon’s on December 9th without his consent, and attacking him.
Lemons was transported to the Sabetha Community Hospital with injuries to his face and head.
