An 18 year old Atchison man has a felony drug charge dismissed as part of a plea deal Friday in Atchison County Court.
Trevor Kiehl pled guilty to the misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In exchange, a possession of methamphetamine charge was dismissed.
He was arrested by Atchison Police March 9th after marijuana and a pipe were discovered during a traffic stop.
He previously had his 15 thousand dollar bond revoked last week for violating its conditions, but had it reinstated in court Friday.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 27th.
