A search warrant served in Holton by the Jackson County Sheriff's Department leads to three arrests.
Sheriff Tim Morse reports that it happened Friday evening, at a residence located at 200 North Topeka Avenue.
Arrested at the scene were 44-year-old Marguerite Motte, 42-year-old Scott Allen Strube, and 18-year-old Adam Michael McKenna. All three are identified as residents of Holton.
Motte was booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at one-thousand-dollars.
Strube was booked for two counts of violating the offender registration act, and remains in the custody of the Sheriff, with bond still pending at last check.
McKenna was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at one-thousand-dollars.
The search warrant was issued following an investigation conducted by the Sheriff's Department.
