The Richardson County Sheriff’s Department was called to the scene of a one-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon Southeast of Rulo along the bottom road. The accident occurred just east of the bridge near the Mouth of the Nemaha.
20 year old Marissa Buckminster was the driver of the vehicle. She lost control and went off the edge of the road into a ditch.
