Holton Wildcat golf team continues their success with another meet win and the top four individual placers in the Big Seven-league tri-golf meet. Holton finished the day with a team score of 138 to take home the meet title. While Santa Fe Trail tallied a 168 as a team finishing in second place, with Nemaha Valley coming in third between the three schools with a 170 team score.
The top individual performances were tight finishes between the top five with the top four spots going to the Holton Wildcats. First and second place had to be decided by a playoff as Tavin Dugan and Zach Fate for Holton both finished the day with a score of 33. Dugan would win the playoff and notch first place overall in the golf meet. Third place went to Kellen Brandt who shot a 35, while Kenton Tegethoff shot a 37 good for fourth place. Fifth place went to the only non-Holton golfer in the top five, as Nemaha Valley's, Trent Olberding tallied a 38.
