(KNZA)--The annual Northeast Kansas Tractor Cruise will take place Monday.
It's the 10th year for the tractor cruise organized by rural Horton resident Keith Olsen, and 9th year to benefit the Angelman Syndrome Foundation.
Olsen's 9-year-old daughter, Ingrid, was diagnosed with the neuro-genetic disorder when she was born.
Olsen says the tractor cruise will begin Monday morning at the Everest Middle School, with registration from 8:30 to 10. There is a $30 registration fee, which includes a meal.
The 30-40 mile round trip will pass through the Hiawatha and Horton areas before ending back at the Everest Middle School. The drivers will stop for lunch at the Brown County Ag Museum in Hiawatha.
Last year the tractor cruise raised nearly $3,000 with close to 70 tractors participating.
