Lucile Janovec, 98, of Gretna, NE, passed away February 13, 2015 at Omaha, NE. She was born June 4, 1916 at Rulo, NE to the late Russell and Alice (Steinhauer) Adams.

In May of 1931 she married Harold Ogg at Hiawatha, KS, they divorced in 1971. She then married Lloyd Janovec in 1973 at Hiawatha. He passed away on November 25, 1987.

Lucile was raised at Falls City and Rulo, NE and attended Rulo High School When married to Mr. Ogg they lived in Rulo. They moved to Hiawatha in 1945 and she worked as a dispatcher for the Hiawatha Police Department. When married to Mr. Janovec the majority of time was spent traveling North America. She was a member of BPO Does Drove #56 at Falls City.

Lucile is survived by her sons, Tommy Ogg and his wife Phyllis of Gretna, Harold Ogg, Jr. of Marysville, KS, Charles Ogg of Lewisville, NE, daughter, Norene Darveaux and her husband Peter of Independence, MO, brother, Roy Adams of Lincoln, NE sisters, Nina Browning of Omaha, Betty Olsen and Martha Bearce both of Hiawatha, KS, Judy Miller of Falls City, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, husband, four brothers and two sisters.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. Interment will be in Steele Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 7-8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
