Sylvia E. Fass, age 89 of rural Auburn, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn.

Survivors include her children Harley and wife Mary Ann Fass of Ashland; Rosalie and husband Don Hitzeman of Humboldt; Harold and wife Kathy Fass of Auburn; Arlen Fass of Hickman; Marlys Fass of Omaha; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be Wednesday, February 25, 11:00 a.m. at Martin Luther Lutheran Church south of Johnson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home in Auburn Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:00 to 8:00.
