Mary Sue Cotton, 79, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the Highland Health Care and Rehab Center in Highland, Kansas. She was born on August 3, 1935 in Horton, Kansas the daughter of Paul and Hazel McCourt Cotton. Sue received her Master's Degree in Education from Ohio State University. She was a middle school teacher for years. She was a member of the St. Leo's Catholic Church in Horton, Kansas. She is survived by her brother, Richard (Marty) Cotton of Shawnee, Kansas; niece, Beth Cotton; nephews, Mark and Brent Cotton. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the St. Leo's Catholic Church in Horton, Kansas. Burial will be at the St. Leo's Catholic Cemetery.
