Darrell W. Williams, 72, of Netawaka, KS, passed away April 17, 2019 at Medicalodge Jackson County. He was born April 4, 1947 in Holton, KS, the son of Wayne and Aletha (Bottenberg) Williams.

Darrell graduated from Netawaka High School. He was a lifelong member of the Netawaka community. He worked at Slimaker Dress Factory, Holton Manor for many years, Holton Hospital and Sac & Fox Casino.

He married Bonnie J. Turner on June 16, 1989 in Horton, KS; they celebrated over 29 years of marriage. Bonnie survives of the home. Other survivors include his mother, Aletha Williams of Holton, KS; a sister, Connie Bontrager (Roger) of Holton, KS; 3 brothers, David Williams (Mary) of Netawaka, KS, Henry Williams (Marty) of Soldier, KS and Frank Williams (Sonja) of Netawaka, KS; 4 step-children, Mary, Wendell Allen, Sonny and Ronnie and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2109 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will follow in the Netawaka Cemetery. Family will greet friends one hour prior to service time.
